Prenatal & Postpartum

Whether you are preconception or pregnant we want to help you have the best journey into motherhood. Dr. Charlsie has extensive training including being Webster Certified in order to best serve in prenatal chiropractic. Chiropractic during pregnancy may help with pain, heartburn, nausea, easier labor and delivery and balances the pelvis which helps baby be in their optimal position.

Postpartum or the fourth trimester is a major change for a woman's body and is overlooked in our current healthcare setting. Dr. Charlsie wants to be part of the change in honoring this time period and allowing for the support your body and mind need during this time. Through adjustments, exercises, and mindfulness practices, this can be an empowering time for a woman.

Newborn & Pediatric

Kids undergo a lot of stress these days. Whether it is from birth, falls, sports, social media, fitting in at school, or pressures at home, these can all take a toll on a kiddos health. Dr. Charlsie has training as a pediatric chiropractor in how to best navigate these times and aid in the nervous systems ability to adapt to these stressors.

Families

Treating full families is Dr. Charlsie's favorite thing to do. Creating healthy families through lifestyle changes and allowing the body to heal better allows us to make the greatest impact on our health.
